1. How do I place an order online for shipping? This is the preferred method.
Select your choice or items from our website. If your choice is a gift, click the "Is this a gift?" option. Add a gift message here and the "To" and "From" information. Then add the selected item to your cart. In the cart you may add additional instructions for your order (such as the chocolate flavors preferred) in the text box below your item. Then proceed to the shipping information.
2. How do I place an order for curbside pick up?
Select your choice or items from our website. If your choice is a gift, click the "Is this a gift?" option. Add a gift message here and the "To" and "From" information. Then add the selected item to your cart. In the cart you may add additional instructions for your order in the text box below your item. Proceed to the shipping/pick up page and click the "Pick Up" option. Your will then receive a notification via email when your order is ready for pick up, your order is ready typically within 24 hours. Once you arrive at the shop for pick up we'll bring your order to the outside shop where you may pick up your order.
Please let us know if you wish to have your order brought to your vehicle.
3. Can I choose the chocolate flavors for my assortment?
Yes, absolutely. Please type your chocolate flavor selection in the "Additional Instructions for your order" located on the cart page directly below your chosen selection. Visit our "Today's Menu" to see the chocolate menu for the day. PLEASE NOTE: we will do our best to ensure you receive your chocolate selections, however, sometimes we sell out of the flavor you requested before your order comes in, so we reserve the right to substitute with a similar chocolate.
4. Can I place my order by phone?
Absolutely! Please call 860-309-2545 to place your order by phone for pick up or shipping.
5. Is the chocolate shop open?
Yes, the chocolate shop is open. However, due to the current Covid- 19 conditions, we have built a special chocolate shop for your safety. This is where you may view our chocolates, caramels, and chocolate bar collections and make your selections. Or, if you have already placed an order on our website for pick, you may pick up you order here at the chocolate shop.
6. Can I have my order split into several dates for shipping?
Once your order is placed we will ship the entire order to one single address at one time. It cannot be divided into several shipments.
7. What are your chocolate shop hours and stable hours?
The hours are 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday thru Saturday and 10:00 am - 4:00 pm on Sundays (PLEASE NOTE: THE HOURS FOR THE STABLE ARE DIFFERENT THAN THE CHOCOLATE SHOP HOURS). Please visit the hours page for details on holiday closings, chocolate shop hours, and stable hours please click here.
8. Do you sell your chocolates wholesale?
No, to ensure freshness we only sell our chocolates exclusively at our farm and chocolate shop.
9. Are your chocolates egg and nut free?
We are happy to say that all of our products are egg free, however, we do have nuts in our make area so we cannot guarantee that we are nut free.
