Wine & Chocolate Pairing On a beautiful fall evening we hosted a wine & chocolate pairing for  The Little Guild of Saint Francis. What a success it was!  Michael Higgins owner of Litchfield Hills Wine Market, Litchfield, CT was gracious to donate eight wines & one Brut Rose for the evening event that we paired with ten custom paired chocolates.      Barry Kaplan was the winning bidder with his record breaking bid of $210 on a bale of hay harvested by Thorncrest Farm's Garret & Lyndon Thorn. The monies raised go directly to The Little Guild of Saint Francis to help...
