Summer Solstice Morning on the Farm

Did you know? Our barn when being built was intentionally aligned with the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year. The first light of the day shines through our beautiful arched window at the peak of the roof, shining directly through the hayloft floor and then shines through the air vent illuminating the stable floor below where the cows are being milked.

Happening once a year, this is always a magical moment indeed.
