Ingredients of fillings: (Depending on the chocolates chosen) Thorncrest milk, cream & butter

Fruits: raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, mangoes & pineapple

Spices: cinnamon, Madras Curry, nutmeg, black pepper, ginger, allspice, sea salt

Nuts: peanuts, hazelnuts, coconut, walnuts, almonds, pistachios, pecans

Herbs from our garden: mint, basil, lemon thyme, & natural lemon & orange oils, lavender buds, and zest of citrus (lemon, lime & orange)
