Sweet and salty, these caramels are made from pure fresh cream and butter from the milk of our Jersey Cow named "Daydream." Daydream is the first cow on the left as you enter the stable. Her milk is so velvety smooth and creamy that it creates the perfect combination with our deep rich chocolate and English sea salts.
