Enjoy Thorncrest Farm's Original Hot Chocolate Recipe:
-1 Cup Thorncrest Farm Vanilla Milk
-3/4 Cup heavy cream Plus 1 Cup for whipped cream
-Pinch of salt
-6oz Finely chopped Thorncrest Farm Neapolitan Bark- Reserve a portion to sprinkle on top.
Instructions:
-Whip 1 cup heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form and place aside.
-Gently heat the Vanilla milk, heavy cream, and salt in a heavy bottomed pan on medium heat until bubbles form around the edge. Whisk in the chocolate bark until melted. Pour into warmed mugs, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with reserved finely chopped bark.
